
Yardly is a managed service marketplace that allows customers to easily order lawn care and snow removal services, reliably performed by a network of insured, vetted and highly-rated contractors.
- Provider relations: build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with the providers, collect their feedback and increase the retention rate
- Provider support: provide real-time support to the providers, help them deliver quality service in a timely manner. Solve day to day issues
- Quality control: make sure the service quality is up to or above our standard
- Performance review: review providers’ performance regularly and respond accordingly
- Service capacity: make sure there is always enough service capacity form the providers, identify and predict the need for recruiting and coordinate with the recruitment team
- Improvement: actively participate and help our team improve the business process/systems which aim to provide a great provider experience and allow them to deliver quality services in a timely manner
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build and improve business relationships
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills
- Highly skilled in data analysis tools (such as Google Sheets/Excel)
- Experience working in startup companies is preferred
- Experience working in snow removal & lawn care industry is an asset
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule (i.e. when it snows)
