About The Role

This role reports directly to the President, but requires collaborative work with all members of the team. Can work remotely, but some office presence required in downtown Toronto (roughly 15-20 hours per week).

This role will begin part-time contract with an opportunity to move to full-time internal within 3 months. The Project Manager will be managing between 4 and 6 clients on a daily basis. Communicating with the client status updates and managing approvals. Updating project briefs and communicating with the team timelines and roles. They will be updating our project management tool and reviewing all executions before delivery.

  • Brand management and production review
  • Client budget management
  • Campaign and program brainstorming and strategy


We are looking for someone with 5-10 years experience, preferably in a mid to large size agency (or in-house). Proficiency with Asana, Buffer, Hootsuite, Slack, Google Suite, WooRank and Mailchimp are a plus. 

Looking for experience with direct client management and interaction.
