About The Role

You will interact and engage with top talent that serves as the backbone of international top technology companies, and develop relationships with portfolio companies world wide. The position will provide you with the opportunity for growth in a small but dynamic organization that is expanding exponentially, and to build a career in the tech startup space that is ever-changing, fast-paced, constantly challenging, and always exciting.

Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through multiple channels, including social media, online databases, networking, email, job boards, referrals and cold-calling
  • Effectively coordinate with hiring managers and candidates during the entire recruitment process
  • Manage the entire hiring process from sourcing to offer acceptance and negotiation
  • Participate on the recruiting team in developing, implementing and executing recruiting programs and strategies to fill current openings and help build a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Manage client relationships with leadership teams and serve as a partner before, during, and after the recruiting process
  • Be proactive in networking, cold-calling, and sourcing passive candidate networks throughout various markets
  • Update internal applicant tracking system with candidate informationGuide and assist top notch/top talent throughout the recruitment/hiring process
  • Maintain and build relationships with client companiesEngage with the business and current employees to help drive employee referrals
  • Responsible for quarterly & annual revenue benchmarks and associated performance indicators

Requirements

  • You are able to navigate multiple social media platforms/technologies as sourcing tools
  • You are extremely organised and understand the value of utilizing CRM
  • You are highly motivated demonstrated through the achievement of your targets and goals, with a proven track record
  • You are a self starter and able to work well independently
  • You are willing to put in the extra work (effort) required to get the job done
  • You have 4+ years of direct sales or recruiting experience
  • You have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), and have a knack for maintaining excellent candidate and client relationships
  • You have a post-secondary degree, preferably in tech or business
