We currently have an immediate opening for a motivated and innovative Business Admin Coordinator! The role will report to our downtown office at 73 Bathurst Street, Toronto, Ontario M5V 2P6.

About The Role

We are looking for two bright, energetic individuals who can help us streamline our current processes to take our business to the next level.

As a smaller company, everyone wears many hats! You will need to help with the sales, marketing, customer queries, corporate accounts, social media, LinkedIn presence, and automating our processes.


You must be able to think on your feet, work with customers, demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit, and have the ability to multi-task and to work independently.

Days and weeks and may be not be routine. You will be participating in all aspects of business, with a heavy emphasis on customer communication.

  • Monday - Friday; occasional weekends
  • 7.5 hours with half-hour lunch break


  • Business Administration/Commerce: 1 year
  • Customer Service/Sales: 1 year


  • Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products, especially MS Excel
  • Must have their own equipment (laptop, phone) to work from our offices
  • Must be able to manage confidential information

Additional Info

Salary: $17.00-$25.00 per hour
