CAMP FUEL will run everyone through a fun low impact workout that will keep our muscles burning, but sweat levels on low...cause, well, we need to work together afterwards.
Expect a full body workout, partner drills and a lot of high fives! The goal of this class is to have everyone supporting each other, getting to know each other & feeling comfortable while being challenged at the same time. After your workout you're welcome to spend the day getting oh so much done at Project spaces.
