Membership Terms

All memberships require a first month (prorated to your start date), a pre-paid last month* and a one-time $60 setup fee.

Your membership then continues monthly, charged on the 1st of each month, until you give notice to terminate via email and your pre-paid last month gets applied to the following invoice. (Ex. If you give notice to terminate on December 20th, we will apply your pre-paid last month to your January 1st invoice and you will have full access to the space until January 31st).

Pricing** is per person and does not include 13% HST. We accept credit card and pre-authorized debit. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to get in touch or simply book a tour and we can chat when you visit!

*Apply a 25% premium to your monthly fees to stay month-to-month (ie. no pre-paid last month on file).
**Pricing is guaranteed for 12 months.
