Its a community free event - Meditation & Potluck
All are welcome. We focus on the breath, simple exercises to let go of tension both in the mind and body. This is not only a guided class but you will be able to take some of these tools home and practice on your own! We will be introducing music into the meditative mix too. Where you listen and allow the body to respond and let go.
