MPP Chris Glover

For our next edition of Conversations, we're thrilled to welcome our local Member of Provincial Parliament (MPP), Chris Glover!

Chris was elected to the Legislative Assembly of Ontario (AKA Queen's Park) in 2018 representing the riding of Spadina-Fort York, which just happens to be home to both our King West and Camden Street coworking spaces!

He is the Official Opposition Critic for Colleges and Universities, and a big supporter of affordable housing, education, bicycle safety and reducing gun violence. Prior to his election to the legislature, Chris was a Toronto District School Board Trustee, a member of the Toronto Board of Health and an Adjunct Professor at York University. He also loves long-boarding.

We'll chat with Chris about his personal and political journey, the causes that drive him (including Toronto's booming startup culture), and why he's so excited about the future of the Spadina-Fort York neighbourhood.
