On Thursday, September 22nd, both our King West and Camden Street locations will open their doors forStartup Open House 2016. Stop by any time between 3-8pm to mix and mingle with passionate founders from a variety of industries. We're super excited to participate in this event for the third year in a row.

One of the companies you can meet on Thursday is PATIO Interactive. We had a quick chat with Founder Charles Bern to see what visitors can expect.

What's the vision for your company?

My company is PATIO Interactive, we're a technology-driven design and marketing agency. We specialize in creating and working with new technology to solve a range of business challenges. My vision is to grow PATIO into a successful design and marketing firm like IDEO or Idea Couture known for making amazing user experiences across many mediums. 

What are you working on right now?

So many things... We're creating a ton of VR and 360 content now that its supported by Youtube and Facebook, our digital side has more clients than ever, building websites and custom digital solutions and we're also working with our corporate clients to help them understand and integrate new technology into their organizations. 

What do you have planned for Startup Open House?

VR demos, Canada's first VR biking experience, hover boards, laser cutting and google cardboard giveaways.

Potential investors, new clients, new talent, anyone working on something cool.

What’s the best part of working in the King West neighbourhood?
